By enrolling in any training service offered by Active K9 Training Solutions—including Board & Train, private lessons, evaluations, protection training, and behavior modification—You acknowledge and agree that:
- Dog training involves inherent risks.
- Results vary depending on the dog’s temperament, environment, handler participation, and consistency.
- No guarantees are made regarding behavior outcomes, timelines, or results.
- Owners must follow training instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Company.
- Owners are responsible for the dog’s behavior during and after training.
The Company is not liable for:
- Injuries caused by Your dog before, during, or after training
- Damage Your dog may cause to property, people, or other animals
- Behavioral relapse or inconsistent results due to owner non-compliance
4. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations
By booking a service, You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about Your dog.
- Pay all fees as listed on the website or quoted directly.
- Understand that deposits may be non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
- Give at least 24-hour notice for cancellations of lessons (unless your program states a different policy).
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.
5. Health & Vaccination Requirements
To ensure safety:
- Dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations.
- Owners must disclose any history of aggression, bites, medical conditions, or behavioral issues.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Service—including text, graphics, videos, training materials, and branding—is the property of Active K9 Training Solutions.
You may not:

- Distribute

- Sell
Any content or training materials without written permission.
